About Us
United Children Foundation and Charitable Trust is a voluntary non-profit organisation which was brought into existence by a group of youth, composed of professionals from various fields. Earlier called as ‘The Noor Foundation’, this organization looks to provide aid and financial relief for orphans and underprivileged children along with decent upbringing, a lifestyle and a platform to achieve their dreams.
As Human Beings, it is our duty to give back what we get. More importantly, it is our duty to help children, the ones that have no one to look after them, or even the ones whose guardians have not had any luck to give them better lives. We are blessed to get our “wants” fulfilled, but many of these children don’t even have their “needs” met.
There are many people who are interested in helping such children in need and want a trusted platform to do so. Here, in our establishment, we provide a safe and secure platform to help them. In return we get numerous blessings and self-fulfilment from the Almighty Creator. As our tagline says it all, ‘Giving Light. Bringing Hopes.’
وَمَآ أَنفَقۡتُم مِّن نَّفَقَةٍ أَوۡ نَذَرۡتُم مِّن نَّذۡرٖ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُهُۥۗ وَمَا لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ مِنۡ أَنصَارٍ
“And whatever you spend for spending’s (Sadaqat – charity, for Allah’s Cause) or whatever vow you make, be sure Allah knows it all. And for the Zalimun (wrong-doers) there are no helpers.”
Chapter 2, Verse 270 The Cow
“यज्ञदानतपः कर्म न त्याज्यं कार्यमेव तत्। यज्ञो दानं तपश्चैव पावनानि मनीषिणम्।
“Means Sacrifice, charity and penance should not be left. These three virtues make a person sacred and purifies them.”
Shree Krishna says in Shrimad Bhagavad Gita (18.5)
“Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed.”
